  I think the service was definitely awesome and the manager is a great guy. Very attentive to his business. The cashier was a slim girl but really sweet and though an item was missed in my order the manager took care of it quickly. The food came quick and was warm. Going home with a satisfied and happy stomach!

  Terrible Service! Ordered items with that come with beef to substitute for steak and received no meat at all! Just rice lettuce and beans and was charged for the steak substitute. Ordered a cheesy gordita with no sauce and when I got it, it had sauce. Definitely wouldn't come back again!

  this is the worst place ..
  i was invited for an interview at this location
  the manager or who ever he was was not very nice he asked me some questions but did not want to explain what he wanted. i was very confused becasue he wanted me to log in to fill out a online form but he was not very clear about what i should do.then this other "manager" or whoever he was  walked in and said " i remember her" and he just kept walking.. tthen he called the one qho was interviewing me to the office.. while he was doing the interview and he was doing the hiring process.. becasue he had told me that they were going to send to their store in manhattan and he asked for my ssn ...
  but idk what these man told him becasue he came back frim the office and said " we will call you"
  
  THE LABOR DEPARTMENT SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THESE ILEGAL PRACTICEs WITH the people who are just trying to GET A JOB..!! BECAUSE OTS HUMILIATING AND STUPID TO DO THIS..!
  I hope they get fired!! Becasue THEY ARE RACIST AND THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE...
  i dont know why they think they can do whatever they want with people i was there for a long time tjinking he qas going to give me the job
  but then he decided not to do it!!!
  they need to stip playing games with people
  
  i wish they could have decided to not hire me. before they  " called me for an interview "
  
  it was a waste of time and energy!!!
  becasue i have worked for better companies than taco bell
  
  i hate taco bell for that reaaon i will never buy anyhung fro m their horrible tacos
  
  its not even mexican tacos!!
  and the owners are not mexican they are indian or bangladesh

  I visited the local Taco Bell stores so many times when I was living in Chicago. But after moving to NYC, I found this chain has so less stores in the big apple, especially in Queens. I could hardly find a place to go for many years until I learned this one opened recently.
  The location is good for me as it's very close to the 7 train station. Inside the restaurant is very clean, and the staffs are nice and friendly. Service is also quick as nobody was waiting in the line. The quality and the taste of food is just meeting the expectation. But I must point it out the size of taco is much smaller than the one Taco Bell show in both their online menu and the TV commercial.

  The place looks brand new. Credit to the male supervisor for fast friendly service. My mom went to redeem her taco from t-mobile tuesday but she was late like an hour and her taco was missing. I showed the order confirmation and he had his team member make a new one. Much better service than the 37ave counterpart.
